ON 29.08.2009, THAT DAY WAS MICHAEL JACKSON'S BIRTHDAY!!
WATCH THE CONCERT ON TV AT ABOUT 7.30. IT'S REALLY QUITE NICE AND I LIKE HIS MOONWALK AND THOSE MOVES THAT HE CREATE BY HIMSELF.
HE IS A KIND-HEARTED MAN WITH NO HARM AND JUST BECAUSE OF HIS PLASTIC SURGERY AND HIS WHTISH FACE, EVERYONE IS CRITICISING HIM AND KEEP ASKING WHY HIS FACE IS WHITE??

WHY ARE ALL THE PEOPLE SO CURIOUS ABOUT IT?? HE IS JUST A NORMAL PERSON.
LAST TIME , HE USED TO HAVE A BLACK FACE BUT BECAUSE HE HAVE SKIN PROBLEM, SO HE STARTED TO LOOK DOWN ON HIMSELF SO HE DECIDED TO CHANGE HIS LOOK. HIS SINGING WAS DAMN NICE THAT NOONE CAN MIMIC HIM.
I LOVE THOSE SONGS ESP " BLACK OR WHITE", "HEAL THE WORLD","THRILLER" & ETC.
THE SONG LYRICS MEANT ALOT OF MEANINGS.
IT IS REALLY A PITY THAT HE HAVE PASSED AWAY AT THE AGE OF 50.
SO YOUNG,SO HANDSOME, KIND-HEARTED. WHY SHOULD HE PASSED AWAY??

today get called by my form teacher and she told me that i have been failing for all the sub with very low marks.
i am shocked when she called me
she say that with tis kind of results, i can't go to polytechnic.
i said to myself, did i choose the wrong pathway to go sec5??
i think maybe this is a part of the reason ba.
she say must revise everyday and not keep watching tv
watching tv and paying attention in class are not helping us to pass our 'o' levels.
need to practice alot dhen can have that kind of good results.
and after that, she ask me to do the assessment chapter1 , a total of 107 questions.[thanks to xiaowei that she counted for me]
my gosh lor!!!!!! so much , how can i complete within a day?? and also i need to do notes for maths and chemistry!!!!
ARRRRRRRR!!!!! i really wanna gone bonkers le!!!!!

it seems that i am lost in asia,lost in nowhere and noone get really help me
i feel so troubled ,confused & just feel that my mind is totally blank
i really dunno what to do in order to cure this illness.
i diagnoised claustrophobia
Claustrophobia is defined by an irrational fear of and reaction to closed or tight spaces. Claustrophobic individuals may find themselves feeling short of breath, shaking, nauseated and light headed within elevators, closed rooms and crowded places. As soon as someone with this disorder enters a room, they mark all exit points and always settle near them. When these symptoms are escalated they can cause panic attacks. The person fears that they will be crushed, suffocated or lose consciousness if they don't escape. Sometimes, sufferers turn to the avoidance technique of dealing with their condition. However, this method of coping only leads to a progression of symptoms and a worsening of the disease.
Many believe that claustrophobia is a learned disease acquired when a person experienced panic attacks while being in an uncomfortable, scary or tight-spaced situation. Treatments for claustrophobia include different methods of psychotherapy. Flooding exposes the patient to his phobia and hopes they no longer express irrational fears after they realize that they came out of it unharmed. Counter-conditioning teaches the patient relaxation and visualization techniques while gradually exposing the patient to the trigger. These techniques can be used to maintain or regain control in the face of a panic attack. Additional treatments include cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis and anti-depressant, beta blocker and tranquilizer medications. Support from family and friends is essential for any phobia treatment. The length of treatment depends on the severity of the symptoms but usually consists of 8-10 weeks of outpatient consultation.

i feel that i am dying slowly, leaving you all far faraway& never exist in this world again.
i feel that my existence is totally a waste & useless.

i just feel that there is a need for me to disappear.

i needed someone to coach me, guide me, lead me to a better life, better future,better pathway.

today i am superb devastated as i did not do well in my o level .
i gort a c5 for my mother tongue and gort a merit for my oral conversation.
my actual target for my mother tongue is A2 but sadly i did not reach my target.
i burst into tears immediatelywhen i geard my results.
i really dunno wad went wrong in the examination time.
i think is the multiple question for the compre and the killer cloze passage that pull down my marks.
WAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! i super hate it man!!!!
this is my first time getting this kind of sickening results.
the school noone gort a distinction for the overall.
very jialat rite?? for the 5NA
CHINESE: 4 exp have 15 people gort A1 and 12 people gort A2, 41 people gort B3 and etc.
5NA have 15 people gort B3 and 6 people gort B4, 19 people gort C5 and etc.
MAlAy: 5NA have 2 people gort A1 and 3 people gort A2
but quite alot gort B3 and B4

i really very devastated now, dunno want to retake or just let it be.

CAN ANYONE JUST LEND A LISTENING EAR OR A SHOULDER AND LET ME JUST TAKE A SHORT REST??
